Vintage: The grape yield is limited to 40-50 cwt/ha (Khatun Kharji) and 50-60 cwt/ha (Aligote and Kangun). The wine is made according to the special technologies employed for such wines. Grape juice fermentation average temperature is 17°C. The fragrance of alpine flowers blends with the flavours of honey, citrus fruits, ripe squash and delicate scent of pineapple.
